As the sales process became the legal process with my solicitors, the purchasers and the purchasers solicitors all inputting it became more and more difficult to communicate. With communication failing misunderstandings took control and the sale was in jeopardy. Enter Yvette who took control and engaged all parties involved and came up with sensible and pragmatic solutions. Result was the sale was saved and has now concluded successfully. She showed that keeping a cool head and marshalling the correct resources whilst using her excellent communication and empathy skills can ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
