I'm Monir, your local property expert. Previously, I worked in business consulting for 12 years. While I was working, I invested in property and rented them out to professionals in order to maximize my rental income. My passion for property led me to become an estate agent.

It was during my business consulting career and property investing that I developed my interpersonal skills, negotiating skills, problem-solving skills, time management skills, and property knowledge. I also enjoy creative interior design and learning DIY techniques through YouTube. Listening to property podcasts like "The Property Podcast" and "Mark My Word" is another interest of mine.

I provide high-quality photos, positive property descriptions, videos and interactive virtual tours. To streamline the viewing and contracting process, I pre-qualify potential tenants. I'll keep you informed and be available whenever you need during the tenant search.
