Kelly & Ryan Lowe 

Kelly & Ryan Lowe are a Mum and Son team with The Property Experts.

Based in Lapworth, a beautiful village just outside of Solihull.  We work with sellers in Solihull and the local areas, including Hockley Heath, Knowle, Dorridge, Bentley Heath, Hillfield and Monkspath.

We have travelled and lived all over the world before settling back in the UK 8 years ago.   

Kelly specialises in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations and Customer Service, while Ryan has completed an A Level in Business and also works with the Content Creation and Social Media side of the business.

‘As a team we work with our sellers to give them outstanding service which is up to date with all the latest methods, to ensure our clients properties are marketed to the highest standard, with fantastic exposure, often leading to sales above asking price and in a short amount of time.

At home, we are an active family, who love to spend time outdoors. Ryan also races Motocross which keeps him and his dad busy when not at work.

We are excited to be working in the area we know so well and love to live in.  We have built long term relationships with clients and local businesses that ensure we can offer outstanding service, whenever our clients need us.
