Brendan May

My name’s Brendan May and I have been an estate agent for all my working life. Having spent most of my childhood around the market towns of Thrapston and Oundle, North Northamptonshire is an area that I hold very close to my heart.

I currently live in the village of Barton Seagrave with my wife, Frankie and our golden retriever, Captain, and we spend lots of our time exploring the local countryside that we’re so fortunate to have on the doorstep. When not doing that, you’ll find me hacking my way around a golf course or drooling over some classic cars.

Over the last 15 years or so, I have been fortunate to sell property from all corners of the market, everything from studio apartments to country estates, and something I learnt early on in my career is that a house is more than just bricks and mortar. It’s a place of love. A place of life. A place of security.

The first 10 years of my career was spent in traditional estate agent’s offices around Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Now running my own business as a personal agent, not only do I have complete autonomy over the strategies and care that is taken with each client, but I am also personally accountable for every step of the process. I specialise in the marketing of unique property, be it a modest cottage or a country estate, I am proud of my track record of achieving exceptional results.

The core area that I cover is Northamptonshire, however I will happily make time to travel across the UK for anyone that requires a forward-thinking and tailored approach to selling their property. That being said, I like to keep to a limited number of clients at any given point, so that I can be proactive with the work that goes on behind the scenes for each property. The last thing I want is for any of my clients to feel unloved and in the dark.
