Hello, let me introduce myself….

My name is Billy Steele. I’ve been appraising, listing, negotiating and creating property sales since 2010.

During that time, I have owned and operated my own successful Real Estate business as well as owning a large Dental Practice on the Northwest Coast of Tasmania in Australia. I’m a father of 4 children and a self-confessed workaholic.

When we decided it was time to move back home to our Hometown of Darlington in the Northeast of England, The Property Experts was the obvious choice for me.

Having owned and operated my own Estate Agency, it was fantastic to come across a company that had studied other countries selling systems and wanted to introduce the home sellers of the UK to a better, more customer focused and personal experience when selling their greatest asset, the family home.

I have always been a full-service agent, sitting by a phone all day taking offers on properties I haven’t seen, from buyers I have possibly never met in person was not of interest to me. I need to be involved and in full control of the selling process from start to finish.
